Said Catechism is actually a training device which explains the majority of rules and how to interpret and apply them. As The Uniform Code derived directly from The Standard Code, said Catechism is a great aid in learning both Codes.
  Caveat Lector: Vic Polewsky has posted a warning on the reliability of this document. It would be wise to read this before assuming the Catchism is authoritative.
